Decorating

We can decorate your ceremony area and provide decor for aisles, altars & arches, pews, candelabras and more.

We decorate ceremony areas, as well as reception areas. We have gorgeous linens, chair covers, beautiful centerpieces, and more.

You can rent our decor and do it yourself - or we can deliver, set everything up and take it away at the end of the night.

One of our wedding designers actually designed this wooden arch and decorated it with grapevine and flower balls. We rent and can install this arch almost anywhere in the DFW area.

Wedding Planning & Design

We have two wedding designers on board that can design a complete wedding, orchestrate the rehearsal and coordinate the entire ceremony and reception. We can help design, plan, manage, decorate and coordinate your wedding day!

Our wedding designers can transform your dreams into reality with beauty and design. We celebrate events from fun and funky to classic and elegant - inspired by the love of beauty and the art of celebration. We can work with you to design and decorate your wedding ceremony site & reception venue.

We offer an assortment of a la carte services such as venue research, vendor referrals, floral design, ceremony decor, gift baskets, wedding favors, reception decor, honeymoon planning, make-up, hairstyling and photography. Our team will match your needs with appropriate vendors that will work best with your wedding day dreams.

Our wedding coordinator will work towards making your ceremony procession flow as smoothly as possible. We will also assist with the coordination of vendors, cake cutting, handle special family needs, and help with personal items. Throughout the day, we will help coordinate and organize things for the photogapher, DJ, and help organize the bride and groom.

Centerpiece Rentals

Rent our centerpieces. It costs less to rent a centerpiece than to buy one. There's no running around to craft stores and such, searching for just the right look.

You won't have to worry about setting out and taking down centerpieces the day of your reception. Handling centerpieces is a much more time consuming job than most people anticipate.

You can design your own centerpiece. We can take your color theme and add centerpiece treatments to create a centerpiece that is uniquely yours. Add fresh flowers, ribbon, votive candles, mirrors, table runners, greenery and flower petals in any color & any combination.

Linens

We can provide luxurious wedding linens in an array of fabrics and colors.

We use color combinations that harmonize. Let us help you to create a wedding reception that is absolutely gorgeous in look and design. Our wedding designers will share design ideas with each bride during their consultation, to be sure that the linen selection is in harmony with the wedding reception decor and theme.

We offer a wide range of rental linens, tablecloths, chair covers, napkins, decor and reception accessories, and can help you design a beautiful wedding.

Bar Service

We can handle all aspects of your bar by providing licensed TABC certified bartenders, bar ware, bar mixers and more. We can provide and serve beer, wine, champagne, mixed drinks, and frozen drink machines. Our bartenders can provide a cash bar as well as an open bar.

Dramatic Lighting

We have wonderful lighting packages that can accent your color scheme and add beautiful highlights to your venue.  Our lighting crew can light areas of your ceremony or reception for a dramatic & stunning accent. 

Each light has 16.5 million color combinations. Each up light can placed about a room with narrow beams of light that create dramatic highlights. The lights can also also be set about the room with wide beams that create more of a wash effect that beautifully fills the entire room. Call us for a consultation.

Event Staffing

Have a favorite restaurant or a family member that's a great cook, but needs help with the serving and presentation details?

CFY will bring everything needed to serve your guests and enough staff to provide great service. We will coordinate equipment needs with your local restaurant and transfer food to the appropriate trays or chafers. Our staff will set up before the event, then serve, replenish and clean up after the event.

Lastly, we'll take all of our rentals with us at the conclusion of your event.
