Razzle Dazzle Catering Package

This Package includes:

Menu

• Your choice of menu level 1, 2 or 3
• Menus items are presented on trays or chafing dishes
• Pretty buffet presentation with a buffet centerpiece
• White square china plating package with white linen napkins included
• Coffee will be served in our samovar with all condiments
• Punch or iced tea will be added to your menu
• Our servers will cut and serve two cakes

Bar

• Bartender for bar service for up to 4 hours
• Setup, tear down and cleanup of bar included
• Beer and wine provided. Domestic kegs of beer and house boxed wine - see below. Wine served in glass carafes.
• Champagne toast for all guests included in your signature color with sugared rims
• Unlimited sodas
• Disposable cups for beer and sodas
• Glassware for champagne and wine

Service Amenities

• Service staff to setup, serve for up to a four hour event, then teardown and cleanup of catering area and guest tables
• Draped service tables
• Guest table centerpieces – your choice from over 50 centerpieces – fresh flowers are not included, but we have a talented florist on staff who is available to work with you.
• Two centerpiece treatments – such as votives around the base, mirrors, petals, etc.
• All of your guest table linens draped to the floor in your color choice
• One cake table treatment – a floor length cake table linen in your color choice
• 6 floor length drapes for your service tables
• Packaged meal for bride and groom to take
• Menu typed and displayed at front of buffet
• Reserved seating signs
• Setup and teardown of items listed above included

House Wine – sold by the box – we serve wine in glass carafes – each box has approximately 33 glasses of wine. You can upgrade your wine to bottled wine – please call for prices.

Beer keg – each keg has approximately 165 glasses – domestic beers are included – we can upgrade to an imported beer – please call for prices.

Please Note:

• A 19% service charge pays for servers, insurance & transportation costs. The basic service charge applies to indoor events on the same floor.
• 22 mile service radius. Service charge is adjusted for areas outside service radius.
• Packages do not include any charges that a facility may add.
• Outdoor events are individually priced for each reception site and is based on logistics.
• Events with stairs, elevators, escalators and long distances from a loading dock are individually priced.
• Sales tax is added each invoice.
