THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES

Menu

• Your choice of menu level 1, 2 or 3.
• Menus items are presented on silver trays and in nice chafers.
• A beautiful buffet presentation that includes fabric, real greenery, props and decor.
• Clear disposable plating with plates (cake and food), utensils and napkins. * Crystal and china plating is available.
• Coffee will be served in our samovar with all condiments.
• Punch or iced tea will be added to your menu.
• Cut and serve both cakes.

Bar

• Certified servers for bar service are included for up to 3.5 hours. *A bartender at additional charge is needed for mixed drinks.
• We completely set up the bar to include set up, teardown and clean up. All bar needs and cocktail napkins included. Beer and wine must be chilled by client.
• Disposable cups for beer, wine & champagne.
• A signature drink that is custom designed for your reception.

Service Amenities

• Service staff to setup, serve for up to a 3.5 hours event and tear down the buffet.
• All guest tables draped with floor lenth linens in your choice of color - the amount appropriate to guest count. *Colored linens and toppers are available.
• Up to 5 service tables such as buffet, gift, registry and such, draped and skirted to the floor. *Additional tables are available.
• One cake table treatment.
• You will have a choice of guest table centerpieces. Select from over 30 beautiful styles. A centerpiece will consist of a vase and a candle. Fresh or faux flowers are additional, as are centerpiece treatments. *Centerpiece treatments can be added to your centerpiece, but have an additional cost. Ribbons, votive candles, mirrors, greenery, fresh flowers and petals are our most popular additions.
• A centerpiece upgrade with one centerpiece treatment.
• Your menu will be printed on specialty paper at buffet for guests to view.
• We will reserve seating with reserved signs for special guests and family.

Menu Levels & Selections

• Level One - light selection of appetizers or light dinner buffet.

• Level Two - medium selection of appetizers, medium dinner buffet or stations.

• Level Three - heavy selection of appetizers, heavy buffet, stations and fruit & cheese cascades.

• Menus - We can remove a menu item that you find unappealing from a particular menu and replace the item with another menu item that is more to your liking. Chef manned stations and displays can be added to any menu or package. Pricing may be adjusted.

• Events that have stairs, elevators, escalators and long distances from a loading dock to a reception site are individually priced.
