This Package includes:

Menu

  • Your choice of menu level 1, 2 or 3
  • Menus items are presented on trays or chafing dishes
  • Pretty buffet presentation with a buffet centerpiece
  • Clear glass plating with linen napkins included
  • Two non-alcoholic beverage selections – lemonade, punch, iced tea, flavored tea or coffee
  • Water served in storage jar with fresh lemons

Service Amenities

  • Service staff to setup, serve for up to a four hour event, then teardown and cleanup of catering area and guest tables
  • Centerpieces for your guest tables, plus one vase plus candle for every table, plus gemstones, tinted water or LED light included (fresh flowers are additional)
  • One centerpiece treatment included
  • All of your guest table linens draped to the floor in your color choice
  • 6 floor length drapes for your service tables
  • One cake table treatment – a floor length cake table linen in your color choice
  • Sweetheart table draped to the floor in your signature color
  • Menu typed and displayed at front of buffet
  • Reserved seating signs
  • Packaged meal for bride and groom to take
  • Setup and teardown of items listed above included

Add a bartender for 25.00 per hour. Bar setup is per guest and includes time to set up the bar, time to clean up bar, as well as disposable cups and cocktail napkins and equipment. Please call for prices.

Menu Levels & Selections

  • Level One - light selection of appetizers or light dinner buffet.
  • Level Two - medium selection of appetizers, medium dinner buffet or stations.
  • Level Three - heavy selection of appetizers, substantial buffet, stations and fruit & cheese cascades.
  • Menus - We can add or subtract menu items from any menu. Pricing may be adjusted.

Please Note:
  • A 19% service charge pays for servers, insurance & transportation costs. The basic service charge applies to indoor events on the same floor.
  • 22 mile service radius. Service charge is adjusted for areas outside service radius.
  • Packages do not include any charges that a facility may add.
  • Outdoor events are individually priced for each reception site and is based on logistics.
  • Events with stairs, elevators, escalators and long distances from a loading dock are individually priced.
  • Sales tax is added each invoice.
