This Package includes:

Menu

  • Your choice of menu level 1, 2 or 3
  • Menus items are presented on trays or chafing dishes
  • White square china plating package with white linen napkins included
  • Pretty buffet presentation with a buffet centerpiece
  • Coffee will be served in our samovar with all condiments
  • Punch or iced tea will be added to your menu
  • Our servers will cut and serve two cakes

Bar

  • Bartender for bar service included for up to 4 hours
  • Setup, teardown and cleanup of bar included.  Client provides all alcohol chilled. If coolers are needed to chill beer, wine or champagne - add 45.00 per cooler
  • Disposable cups for beer provided
  • Glassware for champagne and wine provided

  • Sweetheart table in draped signature color
  • Guest table centerpieces – your choice from over 50 centerpieces – fresh flowers are not included, but we have a talented florist on staff who is glad to work with you.
  • One centerpiece treatment included
  • One cake table treatment that includes your choice of tulle swags, overlays, or satin skirt with lace bunting or use of our silver cake pedestal
  • Service staff to setup, serve for up to a four hour event, then teardown and cleanup of catering area and guest tables
  • All of your guest table linens will be floor length in your color choice
  • 6 floor length drapes for your service tables
  • Packaged meal for bride and groom to take
  • Reserved seating signs

Menu Levels & Selections

  • Level One - light selection of appetizers or light dinner buffet.
  • Level Two - medium selection of appetizers, medium dinner buffet or stations.
  • Level Three - heavy selection of appetizers, substantial buffet, stations and fruit & cheese cascades.
  • Menus - We can add or subtract menu items from any menu. Pricing may be adjusted.

Please Note:
  • A 19% service charge pays for servers, insurance & transportation costs. The basic service charge applies to indoor events on the same floor.
  • 22 mile service radius. Service charge is adjusted for areas outside service radius.
  • Packages do not include any charges that a facility may add.
  • Outdoor events are individually priced for each reception site and is based on logistics.
  • Events with stairs, elevators, escalators and long distances from a loading dock are individually priced.
  • Sales tax is added each invoice.
