Menu

• Your choice of menus - level I, level II or level III - menus are included in the package price listed at the bottom of each package
• Menus items are presented on silver trays and in nice chafers with a buffet centerpiece.
• A nice buffet presentation that includes fabric, real greenery, props and décor.
• Glass plating for the menu you select with cake plates, forks and glasses (barware is not included but is available)
• Coffee will be served in our samovar with all condiments.
• Punch or iced tea will be added to your menu.
• Cake cutting and service of both cakes.

Service Amenities

• Personal coordinator for reception included!!
• Cake table draped to the floor in your signature color.
• Floor length linens in your choice of colors for all of your guest tables. The number of guest tables based on final guest count with 8 - 10 guests per table.
• Our wedding coordinator will help you design your reception look, centerpieces, buffet décor, room décor or signature drink in a free one hour consultation after deposit is processed and contract has been signed.
• Service staff to setup, serve for up to a 3.5 hour event and tear down the buffet.
• Up to 6 service tables such as buffet, gift, registry and such, draped and skirted to the floor.
• We will reserve seating with reserved signs for special guests and family.
• Setup of any tables and chairs are not included in our prices - please call for prices.

Menu Levels & Selections

• Level One - light selection of appetizers or light dinner buffet.

• Level Two - medium selection of appetizers, medium dinner buffet or stations.

• Level Three - heavy selection of appetizers, heavy buffet, stations and fruit & cheese cascades.

• Menus - We can remove a menu item that you find unappealing from a particular menu and replace the item with another menu item that is more to your liking. Chef manned stations and displays can be added to any menu or package. Pricing may be adjusted.

• 22 mile service radius. Service charge is adjusted for areas outside service radius.

• Events that have stairs, elevators, escalators and long distances from a loading dock to a reception site are individually priced.
